How many sessions will I need?

In the first session I will ask you how we will know our work together has been successful. The length of treatment will depend on your engagement with what comes up for you around this question.

Couples and families should be prepared to commit to at least eight sessions. Groups run for three months at an interval.

What if I need to miss an appointment?

I appreciate a minimum of 24-hours notice if you need to cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances.

How can I remember my dreams?

One approach I have seen work for many people is to get into the habit of remembering your dreams upon waking and recording these images as soon as possible.

What if I don’t have any Dreams?

There can be many reasons people don’t dream, some of which can related to the use of substances, like alcohol or cannabis, or indicative of an underlying health condition, such as sleep apnea.

In addition, sometimes our soul work shows up in other ways, such as attending to finances, becoming more aware of feelings, or being more present in relationships.

How does therapy end?

With sensitivity to attachment issues, it is my preference to facilitate a process whereby clients take the lead in deciding when they are ready to end therapy.
